Heating: the apartment is equipped with an independent underfloor heating system that allows temperature regulation room by room.
Cooling/Dehumidification: the apartment is equipped with a floor cooling system with controlled dehumidification that allows for room-by-room temperature and humidity percentage regulation.
Beds/Sofa bed: mattress with silver threads, hypoallergenic extra comfort topper, high-quality linen, personalized logo pillowcases.
Welcome kit: Paoli wild berry jam and Prada biscuits, both produced in Trentino.
Children: a crib/bed with a glowing teddy bear and a high chair for meals is available for children. Upon request, a bed rail can also be provided.
Pets: not allowed.
Check-in from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm - Check-out by 10.00 am.
Luggage storage: Upon reservation, you can store your luggage for free from 8:00 AM on the day of arrival until 8:00 PM on the day of departure.

Hypoallergenic extra comfort topper: our topper is designed to provide maximum comfort and hygiene. The outer cover is made of 100% NO ACAR cotton, ensuring a fresh and naturally dust-mite-resistant environment. Inside, DACRON microspheres—a hypoallergenic, ultra-durable material also used in sailmaking—deliver long-lasting softness and resilience.
